By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the ProDex Android application, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use ProDex.

2. App License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ProDex on your Android device in accordance with these Terms.

• Ownership: All intellectual property rights, trademarks, visual layouts, source code, and assets associated with ProDex remain the exclusive property of the ProDex Developer Team.
• Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on ProDex without prior written consent.

3. Local Device Data & User Responsibility

ProDex operates locally on your personal Android device:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your task records, habit routines, and device storage.
• We shall not be liable for any loss of user data resulting from device malfunction, OS upgrades, factory resets, or accidental deletion by the user.

4. Billing & In-App Purchases

If ProDex offers premium digital upgrades, feature unlocks, or subscriptions:

• All payment processing and recurring subscriptions are handled securely by Google Play Billing infrastructure.
• Cancellations, trials, and refund requests are governed directly by the official Google Play Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ProDex is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted application uptime or that notification reminders will trigger if suppressed by OEM battery-saving software on specific Android hardware models.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers and owners of ProDex shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, missed tasks, or lost profits) arising from your access to or use of the app.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of ProDex following posted updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
